TECHNICAL USE INFORMATION

LAUNDRY SANITIZING: When added at the rate of 1 oz per gallon of water (to yield 780 ppm active) ((12 oz of this product per 100 lb of dry laundry)} {(or equivalent use dilution)} {(780 ppm active)}, this formulation provides sanitization against Staphylococcus au reus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus au reus Methicillin Resistant (MRSA) and is effective against HIV-1 in rinse water up to 200 ppm of hard water.

LAUNDRY PRE-SOAK DISINFECTING: Pre-clean heavily soiled laundry prior to soaking. Prepare a solution of 1.2oz per 2 gallons of water {(450 ppm active)} {(or equivalent use dilution)}. Completely immerse laundry in [{use solution} {approximately 60 gallons of use solution per 100 lb of dry laundry}] for at least 1 0 minutes to disinfect. Viricidal claims include the Human Coronavirus* if followed as directed.

HARD SURFACE DISINFECTING: This product kills the following bacteria in 10 minutes at 3oz per 5 gallons of water {450 ppm active) and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, Staphylococcus au reus.

HARD SURFACE VIRUCIDAL PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following viruses in 10 minutes at 3oz per 5 gallons of water (450 ppm active) and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Human Coronavirus*, Norovirus (Norwalk-like Virus), Feline Calicivirus.

*The EPA issued guidance identifying their "List N" of registered antimicrobial products for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Endex-99 (EPA registration #1 0324-117-1 006) is a sub registrar appearing on that list as #1 0324-117 Maquat 710-M of Mason Chemical. Pending each state's approval, the information will be added to our product's labeling.
